HBA Card

Hello I have a ASUS tuf 650 wifi plus motherboard I purchased a HBA controller it is flashed to IT mode and I have confirmed it working problem is, it only works on the top PCIE 16 slot same with the gpu it doesnt work on the second one

Not my Imgur but heres the board for reference the second pcie-16 doesnt work for some reason?
LSI 9207-8i IT Mode PCIe this is the HBA card, now I not sure at all why it doesnt work.

The LSI SAS 9207-8i HBA requires a x8 PCIe slot.

AMD B650 Chipset 1 x PCIe 4.0/3.0 x16 slot (supports x4 mode)

So I would assume it doesn't work because it requires x8, and your second slot only supports x4.

I figured it out in that time, it was as simple as I had my lexar drive in the m.2_3 it looked right i just didnt take a closer look lmfao https://postimg.cc/NK6BKsR3
Yeah I just didnt realise it until I was in the shower lmfao
