Help with New PC build

I haven’t built a pc in over 4 years and I don’t really remember much. I’ve been researching and planning my build now for a couple weeks and am finally set on something. I just want some feedback. I obviously want to have some showmanship as you can see on the graphics card and case. Also to note for the ram motherboard and cpu I’m buying it off a bundle at microcenter for $730 and the hyte y70 comes with 4 free fans from ibuypower. The pc part picker price should actually be $2925 or so rather than the $3289 it’s at because of the bundle. Thank you all for the help.

Not a terrible list, but I did change some things around: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TKjTBv
I changed the CPU bundle to the base 7800X3D. The 9800X3D is a bit faster but not worth the extra money, especially with that X870E bundle. Unless you have some seriously heavy I/O needs, a B850 will serve you and 98% of users plenty.
I changed the CPU cooler to one a little newer and $10 cheaper. Your choice is still not bad though.
Changed the SSD to a cheaper one. Again, outside of power users who do heavy file transfers constantly, a gen 5 drive is not needed.
Changed the GPU to one that's a little cheaper but still has the RGB bling you want. I'm pretty sure a 5070ti will do just fine but you didn't specify what you're doing so I left it.
Unless you really want that specific Lian Li look, you are massively overpaying for those unifans. I put in a much cheaper fan set that is still a magnetic daisy chain and similar RGB design.
I left the case alone because that's an entirely personal decision. Hope this helps.

I’m going more heavy on looks cause I want a pc that I will personally like not just one that is base performance that will satisfy anyone (imo the lian li fans just look amazing) .I play a lot of gpu and cpu heavy games and I really want to play 4k but don’t want to spend millions on a 5090. <- also why I chose a 9800x3d. Thank you though for finding a cheaper ssd I looked forever and couldn’t find anything.
