What do you think about western organizations being worried about the nature of your country? Is this hypocrisy when rivers are environmentally “dead” in most Western European countries?

Im all for protecting the environment, but development is necessary in Albania, the country has only one airport (i don’t count the Kukes one, never heard someone use it) and its far from the main tourist destination in Albania, the Ionian Coast. A lot of tourists don’t want to drive for hours.

Also the UK for example is environmentally depleted because of the industrial revolution, but its rich.

Dutch rivers are used for transportation and thousands of ships pass through them, but the Netherlands is rich. Should they destroy all the artificial canals and all the modifications they made?

In not saying Albania would become rich like the UK after the airport is build, but the country is underdeveloped.
