Is anyone in the current hiring pool for destination 225?
Have you completed your last interview? How do you think it went, and are you excited?
I’m a mix of nervous and incredibly stoked. It’s been a long road, but seeing that class date on the horizon (hopefully!) makes it feel real.

I completed my final round yesterday, hoping for good news in the near future! Good luck!

I got to the last round of interviews, but unfortunately got a TBNT. Definitely didn’t prepare the best that I could. However I have learned a thing or two for next the next round when I apply!

can you share more details about the final interview?

How did you pass the test? Any tips to give to future applicants/cadets? Thanks!

A lot of people say the ADAPT test is something you can't study for, but I found that isn't really true.
I went ahead and bought the "Cadet Essentials Bundle" from Symbiotics, and it was incredibly helpful. In my experience, 90% of the ADAPT test aligned with the material in that guide. I spent a few days studying back-to-back, and it made a huge difference in my confidence going in.
Beyond that, my best advice is to sharpen your mental math.
Some other tips besides that would be:
- Brush up on long division and calculating percentages quickly.
- Have your times tables memorized so you don't have to think twice or do your multiplication on paper (saves a lot of time!).
- Practice doing math on paper for those harder problems (which you are allowed to use during the test).
Hope that helps!
