Upgrade from Nvidia 3060 12GB?

Hi all, I’m looking for suggestions for a GPU upgrade, I have a 1440p 144hz monitor. I am constantly trying new games and I struggle to get 80+ fps on high/ultra settings for new releases.

I’d probably also suggest going for a PSU upgrade as well, a Montech Century II 850W would be a good option to last you a good while for future upgrades.

I live in the UK, budget Id say maximum £600

RTX 5070 or Radeon RX 9070.
