New driver disqualified to proceed with Swift, no reason given despite having clean record.

Greetings, really in a bad place right now. Been in the process of applying to Swift as a new driver, put in my 2 weeks with my former job and was supposed to attend Driver Qualification tomorrow at a terminal. Only come today I receive an email from my recruiter saying: "Dear Driver, I am sorry but we are unable to move forward at this time. I have no additional information." I did a DOT physical at the company sponsored physician yesterday(even though I had a prior physical taken not even a week prior to add Tanker and Hazmat to my license), was referred to do a sleep apnea test but was cleared to drive, but I guess I'm not warranted a response, just a simple "fuck off" on the way out. Tried contacting the person who referred me to the physician and all of my calls go straight to voicemail. Wtf is happening? Is the barrier for entry so bad that I can't get a job with fucking swift of all companies as a new driver? So now I'm out of a job waiting to hear back from Schneider who thankfully seems to be more communicative. Fuck. Me.

Do you have any tickets/moving violations/duis/ etc …
Do you have a normal work history ?
How long have you had your normal license ?
Do you already have your CDL?

Never had even a parking ticket, clean MVR. Worked with my last company 5 years, all W2s documented and sent to them only put in 2 weeks after receiving conditional letter of employment. Have had my class A since mid February. Im really at a loss. Have put in more calls and either: Go straight to voicemail or "I have no information at this time" by my recruiter.

You already have a CDL, go apply to other starter companies. Werner, Prime, Schneider, Maverick, TMC, Melton, Stephens, Covenant, US Xpress, and plenty others train new CDL holders.

There’s a lot of CDL jobs. Don’t feel bad. God/life/universe what ever has a lot planned for you. Swift says so no? So what? There’s a hundred places to go. It’ll be okay.
A mega is a mega. Don’t worry.

Swift's weird with this stuff. They probably were trying to onboard you before the students graduated or a few of them weren't expected to pass.

Currently driving for Schneider here, going O/O with them next week after 7 months of being a company driving. And my experience with Schneider has been great! Your better off not being a Swifty! They did the same thing to me last August before coming to Schneider. My only complaints with Schneider is the low CPM starting pay and some of there trailers are absolute garbage but otherwise a great company to drive for as a rookie! 2 weeks traing at there yard them 7 dats OTR with a trainer and you get your owe truck! I believe the tanker training is 4 weeks at the yard, highly recommend if you want to drive tanker do it right off the best as once your a company driver on the van side you can't switch to tanker or flatbed. The only hire tanker drivers new. Great company with great benefits and they treat you like a person. Highly recommend for a rookie in my experience.

Don't take it personal. If they have 80 vacancies, they will know 10-12 will pull out because they got a better offer so will offer 100 people the job.
You were just one of the unlucky backups. Essentially just a number to them.

Things happen for a reason, just go to another company.

Gonna be honest with you im glad to my company instead of Swift. After being on the road for about 6 months and talking to other drivers. I can definitely say that was one bullet im glad I missed

Swift is one of the most strict companies to get a job with

You can't work for Swift without having a accident on your record

Swift disqualified me due to the trucking school I went to but just find a different company

You dodged an 80k lbs bullet. Swift promises you the world and gives you jack shit. Hated working for them. They had me sitting around for 3 days waiting for a load despite them telling me they would have me moving every day
