NoXion604@reddit
Was going to ask literally this .
GiorgioTsoukalosHair@reddit
Yes
WorkGuitar@reddit
I absolutely love this thing, the more you look the more details you see
Bernard_PT@reddit
The chassis was a purpose-built platform configured to support a cab-forward layout. In the initial prototype, the vehicle was powered by a mid-mounted V8 engine developed in-house by Renault.
Holy shit a version of this thing had a V8
Arcamone@reddit
Looks like a Volvo P1800s but reversed
DMala@reddit
Looks like someone put a Corvair together but didn’t follow the instructions.
TheMetalWolf@reddit
And was also on meth.
Pigeon_Clash@reddit
TheMetalWolf@reddit
It makes sense here!
DaddyDano@reddit
Elite ball knowledge as the kids would say
divbyzero_@reddit
T900 wasn't a very friendly name, so the development team tried to come up with a better one. Half of them wanted to call it the Renault Carmen. The other half wanted the Renault Gwinn. By the end, no one could tell if it was Carmen or Gwinn.
TheMetalWolf@reddit
I hate you. Take your upvote.
Cleanbriefs@reddit
Sara Connor would not have liked that name either
TorontoRider@reddit
lynivvinyl@reddit
Holy shit that was horrid. I approve.
Middle_of_theroadguy@reddit
It looks backwards.
knowledgeable_diablo@reddit
My thoughts exactly. Kinda looks good Im reverse.
ContributionDapper84@reddit
Blunt front and tapered back can be more aerodynamic at subsonic speeds. See: raindrops
knowledgeable_diablo@reddit
Not thinking aero dynamics play a massive role in many decisions made in the development of this thing.
LurpyGeek@reddit
You're not wrong, but raindrops aren't actually shaped like that.
Kichigai@reddit
It IS backwards.
limestone2u@reddit
Poor car has a Corvair vibe.
The_Mammoth_Hunter@reddit
Looks like it's going forwackwards.
PilotKnob@reddit
Bass-ackwards.

zebra1482@reddit
Vitessence@reddit
Just when you think you’ve seen everything… What the hell??
Autoamazed@reddit
In a rear-engined car, this is not a bad idea when more space is needed for the crew.
DakarCarGunGuy@reddit
You can leave the engine in the front and still have plenty of room in a car.......and better cooling for the engine.
francis2559@reddit
Better in most collisions, too!
YogiBerraOfBadNews@reddit
Unless you're driving backwards!
DakarCarGunGuy@reddit
That's an understatement!
Autoamazed@reddit
If there is not enough money, there is no other option.
DakarCarGunGuy@reddit
This wasn't built from spare parts. I don't think money was the issue it was a concept that never took off.
Lukeeeee@reddit
Where the f are the mirrors
pesca_22@reddit
lots of bodies got really, really drunk there at renault.
kdesi_kdosi@reddit
i get that it automatically backwards because of its' shape, but it also literally looks like they took an existing conventional design and did some modifications
nocloudno@reddit
There should be a sub for this other than weird wheels
shart-gallery@reddit
What an angry backside
lupindeathray@reddit
Priodgyofire@reddit

toyodamfr@reddit
Monocabine mais pas encore monospace 🤣
Squrton_Cummings@reddit
When your Kei truck doesn't have enough interior room, but you still want your body to function as a crumple zone.
Dorwyn@reddit
I assumed that was going to be a pick-up back end. The third pic really threw me.
DetroitAdjacent@reddit
This reminds me of the silly corvair trucks and vans.
SilentUnicorn@reddit
Dyslexic engineer.
MerxUltor@reddit
Never change France, never change.
Interesting_Dingo_88@reddit
Reverse Clownshoe

If I saw this driving I wouldn't know if it was coming or going.

This is why even if a car doesn't have drl, I always drive with the lights on.
Weird-one0926@reddit
That's definitely something special
Impossible_planet87@reddit
Hurts my brain
