It’s like a party bus you can call through your phone app (think uber but for party bus) and they are all over Dallas (more fun than Ubers if you have a good group). You can reserve in advance too. Would be fun for World Cup watching.

I fully expect this bar to be packed at every waking hour. At the last World Cup, the line was so long at 6:30 AM half the crowd couldn’t get inside.

I'd suspect also the Dubliner on Greenville Ave/E Dallas, Lochland's E NW Hwy, maybe Christie's on Lwr Greenville Ave? Last couple WCs I watched at the Bavarian Grill in Plano, and oddly, at the Alamo Drafthouse Movie Theater! Londoner in Addison prolly the biggest football fanbase for Premier League/English.
