What the fuck does Israel have to do for media to actually admit they’ve broken the ceasefire?? I know for a fact if this was ten killed near an Israeli school the headline would be “Hamas breaks ceasefire”.
GR1ZZLYBEARZ@reddit
Save your outrage both sides have broken the ceasefire multiple times
Gubbinso@reddit
Seriously? Both sides?
How many times has Hamas bombed Israel since the ceasefire? How many Israeli civilians have Hamas killed since ceasefire? They returned the bodies. What has Hamas broken to justify continued bombing of civilians?
GR1ZZLYBEARZ@reddit
Seriously? Israel should just let the rockets launch and hope nobody gets killed? How many rockets has Hamas not launched because airstrikes have stopped them? Look at the Israeli “breaks of the ceasefire” and what they were in response to. Have a little objectivity when doing so.
Gubbinso@reddit
So it's fine for Israel to break the ceasefire because they think Hamas would break it? Yikes lol
They killed civilians in response to delays in returning deceased captives. The same delays caused by Israel destroying all of their infrastructure buried under the rubble Israel caused. They also regularly kill children "approaching" the yellow line, nevermind crossing it. They kill children collecting firewood.
Honestly, it doesn't seem like you have to do much for Israel to react with lethal force.
GR1ZZLYBEARZ@reddit
If Hamas is launching rockets, Israel is going to launch airstrikes, yes. Again here come all sorts of rabbit holes you need to make whatever dumb argument that you’re trying to make. Hamas agreed to a deal and has had trouble sticking to it, you’re unwilling to hold them accountable.
Gubbinso@reddit
You've shifted your goal posts from
To
When has Hamas launched rockets during the ceasefire? I haven't seen any and in that case Israel would have a right to target Hamas in response, yet they still target civilians.
They agreed to returning the bodies. Did they agree to return them immediately and not struggle to locate or recover any corpses?
Your entire argument is that Israel is holding Hamas accountable by bombing civilians, killing children attempting to gather firewood and shelling civilians attempting to return home from the houses they were displaced from? You're unwilling to hold Israel accountable for what it does and you'll attempt to justify whatever they do.
GR1ZZLYBEARZ@reddit
Lmao
Gubbinso@reddit
It's funny that you claim I'm unwilling to hold them accountable when you have a history of justifying Israeli war crimes against civilians as a way to hold Hamas accountable
Stubbs94@reddit
As long as there are Palestinians alive in the occupied territories, that user will be upset. They're a genocidal freak.
SpontaneousFlame@reddit
When did Hamas break it? Are you going to regurgitate an official IDF statement now that is basically “trust me bro, we’re the good guys and we have to mass murder children?”
GR1ZZLYBEARZ@reddit
Lmao which time? I’m glad you have to jump to an outlandish moral argument instead of sticking with the one we’re discussing.
SpontaneousFlame@reddit
Suddenly you can’t provide any evidence of your assertion. Interesting. Were you just throwing out talking points?
GR1ZZLYBEARZ@reddit
Returning military women before civilians. Agreeing to the ceasefire when they didn’t have all of the hostages available, returning not the Bibis children? Staging the recovery of a body they stashed for the Red Cross? Sorry that was just on the first day.
SpontaneousFlame@reddit
You mean that before Hamas and co (Hamas didn’t hold the Bibas children) finished returning the hostages (and the bodies) you considered Hamas to have breached the ceasefire and therefore Israel was well within its rights to start mass murdering Palestinians again once all the bodies were returned?
Is that ten very definition of good faith to you? Get everything you want then break the deal and resume killing?
Unfortunately, everyone who said Israel just wants the hostages back and then to resume mass murdering Palestinians was right. Everyone who argued that Israel wanted peace and wouldn’t do that was either a fool or a liar.
Stubbs94@reddit
That stupid fuck just wants to see dead Palestinians. Just pure evil. Like the state they defend.
SpontaneousFlame@reddit
Like most Zionists. They really have no red lines - they lie repeatedly to justify Israeli atrocities and get upset when you point out they are lying. Some also spout BS about “opposing war crimes” but somehow always wind up supporting Israel.
GR1ZZLYBEARZ@reddit
Ah so objective, Hamas negotiated in bad faith then if they said they had everyone and didn’t. You’re making excuses for terrorists, I’m not making any excuses for the children that have needlessly died.
SpontaneousFlame@reddit
Where and when did they say they had everyone? In fact there was a timeline for returning the living hostages and a longer one for locating the bodies.
You are making stuff up to cover for your admission that it was Israel, with your full support, that was negotiating in bad faith.
monkwrenv2@reddit
Again, got any sources you can cite?
GR1ZZLYBEARZ@reddit
Use Google, I’m not here to teach you. I just found them all pretty easily.
monkwrenv2@reddit
So none, gotcha. Typical.
GR1ZZLYBEARZ@reddit
Here’s a freebie baby
https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/israeli-pm-netanyahu-says-hamas-will-pay-not-returning-shiri-bibas-2025-02-21/
Hamas returned the wrong hostage after agreeing to return the hostages they had presented as having to return. That’s 1/3 I cited, here’s a source which says Hamas also acknowledged their “mix up”
monkwrenv2@reddit
How is that construed as Hamas breaking the ceasefire?
GR1ZZLYBEARZ@reddit
I’m sure you sign contracts and then change the terms after too
SpontaneousFlame@reddit
So if the wrong body is returned everyone’s life in Gaza is forfeit? I don’t think Hamas agreed to that…
GR1ZZLYBEARZ@reddit
You’re using your own laziness or bias as an argument? lol
PartySr@reddit (OP)
Which part of that gives Israel to execute/bomb children?
Btw, this Zionist was justifying US attack on the Iranian school. The creature changed his rhetoric from "hamas bad" to "both sides bad". A way to continue justifying Shitrael attacks.

An Israeli ceasefire is like an abandoned train station. It says no trains are coming, but they still thunder on through.
Preyy@reddit
Doggie, Israel could say "We are breaking the ceasefire" and the media would just ignore it.
Future-Excuse6167@reddit
Headline: "Israeli sources indicate that faith in ceasefire may be faltering."
Boysandberries0@reddit
Fascists and genocide apologists move the bar everytime Israel steps over it.
ycnz@reddit
Not have zionists owning the corporation?
Kelor@reddit
That ceasefire has been strained more than clothing in a Mills and Boon novel at this pont.
Reuters determined to retain passive voice regardless of how many of their reporters get murdered.
Private_HughMan@reddit
Carpet bombing or nukes. That's all they'll accept. So long as Israel stays below that, it's just "straining" or "testing" the ceasefire.
Kaymish_@reddit
There's nothing too heinous for the compliant media to condemn Israel for.
Cold_Bitch@reddit
Ceasefire strains???
Oh yeah gotcha it’s flexible and straining when Israel airstrikes, it’s broken and all hell can break loose again when a Palestinian child throws a rock
BertnErnie32@reddit
Hidden in the article is that this happened right after Palestinians attacked an Israeli run area also in the vicinity and is likely the cause of the strike. I think saying this was right outside a school in the title is trying to tie this action to the idea that Israel attacks schools despite that not being the case here and is not just lazy journalism but also heavily biased and misleading considering most people don't actually read the articles and just read the headlines
SpontaneousFlame@reddit
Yeah, the ISIS gang that Israel funds attacked the same area and tried to kidnap a few people and were pushed back. So Israel started mass murdering those who resisted the ISIS gang…
Maximum-Hall-5614@reddit
“Israeli run area”
Where was the area, huh? Was it in Gaza, which is being illegally occupied by a military?
You’re really trying to equate people attacking an illegal military try occupation with bombing outside a fucking school.
Have you no shame?
BertnErnie32@reddit
Yeah when the ruling government in Gaza attacks Israel by vomiting horrific acts to civilians, I kind of don't think it's an illegal way anymore and when schools are used as weapons caches I don't think having a strike outside of one is unjustified anymore.
The article says the school was used to house displaced gazans but we've also seen multiple other times of hamas using refugee camps to hide weapons too. Terrorist regimes are going to be terrorists and I feel bad for the civilians, but a strike outside a school where an opposing military was acting isn't the gotcha moment you think it is.
Prosthemadera@reddit
You can occupy someone's land and if they fight back then the occupation becomes legal?
Considering that children are being killed you just said killing children is justified.
Listen to yourself, man, you're supporting terrorism.
And destroying those weapons is more important than letting children live, of course.
No, you don't. You think the attacks were justified.
You're more angry at a Reddit comment than children being killed. More proof you don't feel bad for children dying. People like you justify killing children and then you're upset why everyone hates you and Israel. Israel is a bigger danger to the region than Hamas. Hell, Israel is a bigger danger to Israelis than Hamas.
Stubbs94@reddit
If mental gymnastics was an olympic sport, you'd be the GOAT.
TheUnicornRevolution@reddit
Do you have any idea how ridiculous you sound?
voidox@reddit
it's yet another hasbara bot defending genocide, ridiculous is all they have.
Ropetrick6@reddit
Can you provide a peer-reviewed and reputable source for your claims?
Jacinto2702@reddit
I agree, terrorist regimes use civilian infrastructure as a shield for military equipment. Like this
gbrlcr@reddit
nice hasbara attempt, 2/10 tho
blackcatwizard@reddit
They've hit 600 schools and over 280 hospitals/medical facilities in Iran with the US so far. It's not misleading - they're fucking terrorists.
PartySr@reddit (OP)
This is the attack? The same MO they used in West Bank when they executed that family with cold blood
But good lies, Zionist. Just like all the Zionists, reading is overrated for all of you.
And for your information, even if there was an attack, that doesn't give any right to kill civilians, but I doubt you understand that collective punishment is bad. You're just a Zionist.
Jacinto2702@reddit
Israel attacks schools... And hospitals, and... Hell, they can't see a building of any type without feeling the urge to destroy it.
Reddit_Sucks_1401@reddit
Are you sure you read the article? How people still defend Israel is beyond me...
AuroraPo@reddit
I don’t wanna hear shit about Israelis/Zionists controlling the media being an “antiseptic trope” anymore. It’s been over two fucking years since this genocide has begun and the Palestinians continue to be dehumanized while Israel continues to play the victim. I am sick of it, and the only way this keeps on happening is because the same people committing these atrocities are the ones who control the narrative.
Prosthemadera@reddit
Israelis and Zionists are not the same thing. Israel doesn't control the media, Christian Zionists do.
But this is what Israel and Zionists want, they want you to equate the two, they want to create antisemitism so they can feel like victims and so they can tell Jewish people "look, see how they hate you, come to us, we'll protect you". Having an enemy is also good for winning elections which is why Netanyahu is still in power.
So don't give it to them.
SabziZindagi@reddit
Western media outlets answer directly to Israel.
https://www.declassifieduk.org/bbc-guardian-editors-private-meetings-with-israeli-general-kohavi/
SpontaneousFlame@reddit
Ah, right. Secret meeting with generals supporting war crimes and crimes against humanity as part of “responsible journalism.”
Prosthemadera@reddit
That is bad but doesn't prove that Western media outlets answer directly to Israel. Those are different statements.
And why would the BBC want to answer directly to Israel? Does Israel have blackmail on the BBC? What does the BBC have to gain? Anything the BBC does is the choice of the BBC, not the Israel.
AuroraPo@reddit
I didn't say Jews, I said Israelis.
Prosthemadera@reddit
I know, that's the point. I explained it.
Also, you said “antiseptic trope", you were referencing antisemitism mockingly.
SpontaneousFlame@reddit
I realised a little while ago that for most of 2024 every Jewish person I saw talking on the news was calmly explaining why it’s ok to mass murder Palestinian children and other civilians, how it’s imperative to let Israel continue the slaughter or how any criticism of Israel or its murder spree is antisemitism and means you support Hamas and want to murder Jews all over the world. Any pause or truce, anything like allowing food into Gaza was equated with supporting Hamas or hatred of Jews and wanting Jewish children to die.
Not just Israelis, not just IDF and Israeli government spokesmen, but every British and American Jew invited on the news. I wonder why some people might get the idea that Jews want mass murder and destruction given the wall to wall clamouring for genocide that mainstream media were pushing?
Luckily 2025 reversed that trend and mainstream media started showing Jewish people critical of the slaughter who were calling for the genocide to stop. But I fear there may have been a lot of damage done, and it’s still happening.
chiefmackdaddypuff@reddit
“As ceasefire strains”
Pretty sure any breach of a ceasefire means the ceasefire is null and void. This means the genocide is on-going.
But I guess the writers at Reuters don’t have a brain to comprehend this simple bit of logic.
Mooseinadesert@reddit
Could you imagine if Hamas killed 10 Israelis and this was the title? If 10 Israelis died the title of the headline would be something like "Iran Shatters Ceasfire in Terrorist Attack".
Psychopathic western media is so dystopian.
waiver@reddit
They actually did the same thing with Hezbollah, Israel killed over 400 people during the ceasefire, then claimed Hezbollah broke it when they struck back.
jaynic1@reddit
Ceasefire strains... does ceasefire not literally mean to cease firing, how is that word still being used within the same sentence as israel doing an airstrike. Pure nonsense
PartySr@reddit (OP)
The rapists and baby killers are arming terrorists to kidnap Palestinians in Gaza and if they don't obey, they are getting bombed.
And once again, this trash country is still firing during a "ceasefire". The Israeli are killing people for fun. The same people who said that they want peace are still killing people. The most peaceful people on Earth.
