I got a box of some “broccoli Mac & cheese” a few months ago. So stoked. Then I made it, and there were like 4 tiny dried pieces of broccoli (not even florets, just a few TINY individual pieces). It was 99% macaroni and cheese with more of a hint/idea of broccoli. I was so disappointed and immediately roasted some broccoli in the oven to add to it, which was fantastic.

The moral of the story is that this is absolutely delicious and I cannot understand why it’s not more popular/common.

Broccoli is nutrient dense, but only a decent source of fiber - I wouldn't consider this a high fiber meal unless the pasta is one of the high-fiber varieties.

It's really hard to pass judgment on a single part of someone's diet, but this bowl is checking a lot of boxes and could be an easy inclusion in a healthy diet.
