Yeah rice paper should be dipped in some wet sauce otherwise its too dry and flavorless.
You took mac n cheese thats good by itself and wrapped it carbs, diluting the carb to cheese/flavor ratio and making it be dry lol

Maybe use tortillas next time for mac and cheese burritos? Another tip, when making the sauce use a tad less liquid to make the result thicker so that it’s easier to form

Yeah I've had my own struggles trying to get rice paper to crisp up. It always ends up chewy but I saw a recipe that gives me hope. They wet the rice paper in egg, I think that will actually work.
