ULPT Request: Revenge against evil family member

I’ll get right to it. The woman my grandfather married, we’ll call her Hilda, has been a nasty person her whole life but it’s kicked up a notch and I am not doing with this anymore. She (verbally, barely holding herself from physically) attacked my mother in front of my dying grandfather in the hospital room.
Hilda has now taken all forms of communication away from him and is taunting us with the fact that we will never see him again. The text we got today, on Easter morning, was “(Grandfather) isn’t feeling up to calling or texting anymore. Your only line of communication is with me now. I hope you’ll enjoy speaking to him in heaven.” Quickly whispering that we love him and getting out of the room before Hilda starts hitting us is the last interaction any of us will have with my beloved grandpa before he dies.
This is one facet of a long, terrible history with multiple extended family members, but I say it’s gone too far. Here is some information to potentially help me make her life hell.
- both Hilda and my grandfather live across the country, so I cannot go do anything physically
- there are several extended family members that hold her in pretty high regard and know nothing about this, but some of them are only very slightly less nasty than her and I do not want this bouncing back at my mother
- I may be able to obtain Hilda’s email and phone number
- She lives in a trailer so she doesn’t have a set address
Above all it needs to be legal, of course. Thank you!

Yes, elder abuse. And isolating in an elder abuse situation would be this...(from Google)
Core Definitions of Isolation in Elder Abuse...
Restricting Social Contact: Knowingly preventing an older adult from receiving phone calls, mail, or personal visitors.
False Representation: Falsely telling visitors or family members that the elder does not want to see them or is not present.
Physical Confinement: Locking an elder in a room, removing mobility aids (wheelchair, walker), or limiting their movement within or outside their home.
Coercion and Manipulation: Using threats or intimidation to prevent the elder from speaking to others. Muth Law, PC Muth Law, PC
THIS IS ELDER ABUSE
From here on out, DOCUMENT everything that doesnt sit well with you, documenting too much is better than not documenting at all. If you didnt document, it didnt happen.

Get her to hit you/attack you, record it, and call the police.

Police- "Great video but we didn't see it, there's nothing we can do."
Seriously this is how police behave.

call the hospital, ask to speak to a social worker, and tell them what happened, including the physical attack. Say you're concerned about physical and financial abuse. You'd like to know how to get power of attorney for your grandfather's assets and how to speak to your grandfather without this woman present. The hospital will work with you. If she hit you, your grandfather is at risk of physical abuse, too.
