Found Toshiba T1200, how do I turn it on?

Found this in an old shed, got a battery in it and it also had the original charger in the bag. Looks like decent condition but theres a good chance it won't turn on anyway, probably been sitting around for a few decades. Anyone know how I can turn it on?

Nice! These are pretty robust; mine still works & I use it for typing sometimes when I really don’t want to be distracted online. I’m sure the battery is toast, but if you use an ac adaptor of the correct power you should be able to fire it up if it still works. If it’s got 2 floppy drives then probably no hard drive, but if there’s just one then it might have an onboard hard drive. There are 2 power switches on the back: one is primary power, and the other is hard drive power (if you’ve got a hard drive). If there’s a modem, the modem has a power switch too. Like mentioned above, you’ll need a boot disk with dos on it (if no hard drive, and/or if the hard drive doesn’t have dos on it already).

Have you tried showing it your floppy disc?

User manual is at archive.org - https://archive.org/details/toshiba-t-1200-user-manual

It's been a long time since I've been inside one of those.
It looks like archive.org have the Toshiba DOS disk image and MS-DOS 3.3 image (French).
