Wing daddy’s in Plano
avatexrs@reddit
Duff’s in Southlake. Not as good as the original in Buffalo, but good for around here.
DowntownSalt2758@reddit
As an update NY native, this is the only answer. Duffs ‘s is better than the original Anchor Bar in Buffalo IMO and Duffs fries are also great.
Brawn-Red-SR@reddit
Agree and agree, Duff’s in South Lake is a drive for me but always worth it.
avatexrs@reddit
I lived in Buffalo for 20 years. I don’t know anybody who would say Anchor Bar has the best wings. Mostly visitors go there.
DowntownSalt2758@reddit
Understood but they have claim to be the originator of buffalo wings which was why I mentioned them

Dmtz214@reddit
Angry Dog has wings?!??
mr_biscuithead@reddit
some of the best in dallas my friend
deaddaughterconfetti@reddit
The only problem with Angry Dog is: their hot dogs are so good, I usually forget to order wings. Every time I remember to order them, though, they are delicious.
Dmtz214@reddit
That’s me but with the burger
The_NGUYENNER@reddit
Funnily enough I remember going on a quest for the best burger in dfw and thought mine was at Angry Dog
D_Dumps@reddit
Check out adairs burger if you haven't.

Wing dash in Carrollton
Vataro@reddit
Google says it's temporarily closed :/. One in Lewisville the same hopefully?
Codee33@reddit
If you mean the one in Farmer’s Branch, it’s apparently closed. It used to be my go to place, by the quality started dipping years ago, and the more recent recites were really damning.
mattgoldey@reddit
Seconded. Reasonable prices, too.

Mike's Chicken
BigInDallas@reddit
I like Mike’s and it’s my go to for fried chicken, but for wings. My favorite wing are from Fire chick in east Dallas. Pretty mush same vibe but Mike’s but it’s wings. Try it because I don’t want it to fail
msr214@reddit
Man I haven't been to fire chick in forever to the point where I forgot they existed. Their food was good when I went and this was years ago.
fyurious@reddit
I'll have to check it out!
shittyhawaiitips@reddit
dallas is like 9300 square miles
also why do you hate koreans lmao
Puzzlefrog@reddit (OP)
I dont hate Koreans lol. I live near ktown in Carrollton. Ive already been to several of the places there and im looking for a different vibe
kabob21@reddit
Same. Most of my friends are Asian and we always eat Asian or bbq. Sometimes I want something different 😭
12VoltGuardianAngel@reddit
This question pops up from time to time and someone recommended "No 1 Plus Chicken". Which is a small Asian restaurant. I don't know about "best" as there are a lot of recommendations I haven't tried. But they do have some damn good wings. I love their crack cheese chicken wings.
BestApplication7454@reddit
They have the best breaded lemon pepper wings.
SkyScreech@reddit
Bro go to Bad Chicken on Ross Ave. down the street from downtown
I believe they have happy hour Monday-Thursday from like 3-6 pm or something. $1 wings for the combos
I really like their lemon pepper wings but they have many flavors
Puzzlefrog@reddit (OP)
My dad loves lemon pepper. Ill have to take him!

ceciladam9091@reddit
What's that unusual dipping sauce for the fries? I can't think of it, but it's great
ceciladam9091@reddit
Smoked, then fried! Amazing. They have an unusual dipping sauce for the fries, but I can't remember what it is

Ngl dude, the BEST wings I’ve ever had were at this Chinese place called China Bowl off of Jupiter and Garland road. They’re the biggest perfectly crispy wings in Dallas I’ve had so far!
MsBlueBonnet@reddit
Really??? I live around the corner from here. I’ll have to get the wings next time.
wackadilluh@reddit
Do it! Ask for Buffalo sauce on the side for maximum crispness
MsBlueBonnet@reddit
Will do!
