If you mean the helicopter registered N126GW, that is a Sikorsky S-58JT operated by Aircrane. It was originally built in 1959 as a Sikorsky H-34A powered by a Wright R-1820-84 Cyclone radial engine. In 1971 it was modified into a turbine-engined aircraft, with its radial replaced by a Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6T-3 Twin-Pac Turbine engine, which would later in turn be replaced by a PT6T-6.
