I'm trying to buy/build a pc in Tunisia before the RAM prices go overboard

My budget is 2000 DT ($650) and I don't play that many demanding games (mostly Geometry Dash and Minecraft) and i just wanna be able to stream them and record them on 720p60 with some headroom to the extent of being able to open a browser and watch videos on the side and I've settled on a pretty basic start for it :

Ryzen 5 5500
ASUS PRIME A520M-R
RTX 3050 8GB
512GB of NVMe SSD
16GB DDR4 3200MHz
550W PSU (probably MSI MAG PSU)

now before you tell me how bad the 3050 is, that is the cheapest 'good' GPU, and i plan to upgrade to a 5060 later on aswell as 32gb later by adding another 16gb stick later (i don't mind not having dual channel)

My problem now is that when i see how expensive this build is by building it myself it comes to around 2300DT with all the other components so im thinking about buying prebuilts cause i found one thats basically all these specs i need but for 1900DT so this is probably a rare case where prebuilts are the way to go in this economy

I wanna see if this is enough for my needs and if im able to cheap out on other stuff to potentially make it cheaper cause literally 6
