I'm looking at buying a 2009 Raider. It seems to be in good condition for the year and drove very nicely. My one concern is the engine light is on. I scanned it and got code P0507. I also ran a test with torque and got a not ok on one of the tests, MID: $3d TID:$84. Purge Flow Monitor, Min: 31.252% Max: 100.006% Current 0%.

I understand this could be as simple as a broken hose which would be an easy and cheap fix. What I am concerned is throwing some money and time into this and it being more expensive and time consuming than it's worth. Let me just say the car is being sold for a very reasonable price. What would be an upper limit estimation of the repair cost for this code? Do you think it's worth it to take a gamble?
