Looking for an HDMI Splitter than can support dual monitors (one is 165hz, the other 60hz, both 1080p)

All I can find on Amazon are HDMI switches, and I don't think that would work. All the splitters seem to be 1 in 2 out, which will not work. I appreciate anyone trying to help.

I have an HDMI splitter from my PC to two TVs. One's a 4K T TV and the other is a 1080 HD TV. And the handshake is not very good because the connection flickers once in a while. My GPU card has only one output, unfortunately. So I have to use an HDMI splitter. One connection goes to my sitting desktop(4k TV) and the other one goes to my smaller(1080HD TV) stand up desk. I looked online for a downscaler or an EDID switch. But in the reviews it seems everybody has a handshake problem anyway, somehow or another...😕 Is there an HDMI box online that is reliable, that doesn't have a handshake problem for my setup? [—1in and 2out HDMI splitter, without a handshake problem, because my two TV's are different resolutions, 4k and 1080]
