New VIdeo Card - Need game recommendations!

I recently upgraded my 7 year old video card from an EVGA GeForce 2070 FTW Hybrid edition to a Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti GAMING OC 16G and wanted some game recommendations. I havent considered any new games in the last handful of years because of the performance limits of my old card, so I'd love to hear what some of your faves over the last 3-5 years have been. It came with Resident Evil Requiem, which ive been playing and have been enjoying quite a bit. I would love for any respondants to give me a sentence or two as to what you loved about the game(s) you mention, rather than just a list, if thats not too much to ask!
Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Oblivion Remastered runs great on a 5070 ti and the most impressive thing I've seen, in gaming, was an Oblivion gate at nighttime in that game.

Final Fantasy Remake/Rebirth They're definitely different from the OG in a lot of ways, but taken as their own experience these games are fun, funny, and very very pretty.
Expedition 33 More faithful to the OG final fantasy games in terms of mechanics than Square Enix has been to their own series for the past decade and a half. Beautiful game, incredible mechanics, masterful storytelling.
God of War (+Ragnarok) Probably some of the best, most well-crafted experiences in gaming. The graphics are amazing and the combat feels great, so flinging people around and pummeling everything from Draugr to Gods is pretty awesome on newer hardware.
Devil May Cry 5 In a similar vein to God of War, DMC has some incredible gameplay and stunning graphics. Running the settings on max and still getting smooth frames to pull off combos and looking stylish while you do it is a great experience.
Oblivion Remaster Takes everything people loved from the original GOAT of Bethesda's first-person RPGs and reworks most of the things that people took issue with. Rebuilt in Unreal Engine (I think) and in my opinion it's one of the prettiest games you can buy right now.
The Finals If you want a multiplayer shooter, The Finals is gorgeous with a ton of great cosmetic options. I've probably sunk more hours (and cosmetic cash) into this game than the rest combined, and I hate FPS games. It's just a great shooter with fun movement, tons of viable playstiles ranging from goofy to MLG, and some great looking characters and arenas.
Monster Hunter Wilds I'll admit that I haven't kept up with recent updates, but Monster Hunter is a classic series for giant boss fights. The monsters and environments are the prettiest they've ever been, combat feels pretty good, and you can get some friends together to tag team some pretty memorable monsters.

This isn't a new game, but with the tech upgrades over the last few years and your new graphics card it'll look fantastic:
No Man's Sky.
Hear me out. Yes, it's almost 10 years old and can, at its worst, look a little like a potato, but in a good rig, especially with a LOD increasing mod, it looks stunning like very few other games can. The sheer scope and majesty of it is breathtaking.
Honorary mention: if you haven't played Expedition 33 yet it's genuinely brilliant.

This is exactly the kind of reco i am asking for. Something to really showcase the difference between the old card and new. I did play it when it first came out, probably before they made all those quality of life improvements that made the game start to live up to its original promise. I may have to give it another shot, if for no other reason than to see a real comparison with a game i played with the old card. I tried Expedition33 with my old card and im not sure if i didnt like it because it didnt run well enough, or if the game just wasnt for me, but i will definitely give it another look.
