Bought a computer about 4 months ago.

Was in the middle of a game (heros of might and magic 3, so no performance issues) and my computer suddenly shut off. Now it won't turn on. When I press the power button the fans twitch, not even a full rotation, then stop. The memory RGB turns on but nothing shows on the monitor, it doesn't actually boot at all (nothing on monitor) and no peripherals seem to receive power.

There wasn't any power surge/flicker in my place when it died.

Does this sound like the PSU died and needs to be replaced or maybe something else? Is there any other tests I should do to try and determine what went wrong?
