Foreflight Export Checklists

Student pilot here and I have been keeping my checklists in FF, which is great for adding and editing items, and ground use, but a yoke mounted iPad can get washed out by the sunlight.
Is there way to export these so I have paper copies, at least the text I can reformat as needed for lamination?

By the way, someone has cracked the FMD format: https://rdamazio.github.io/efis-editor/

Thanks! Was running through Chat GPT and it found that link. It works great; am able to upload my checklist and download a PDF.

I’ll spare you the lmgtfy. But this is what I found using a search engine and ”export ForeFlight checklist”
To export a ForeFlight checklist, open the specific checklist within the app, tap the Send To button (box with upward arrow), and select Email or AirDrop to share it as a file. This creates a .fmd file that can be shared with other users. To print, choose PDF instead.

Yeah, I’ve seen the *.fmd file you can email, but if there is a print or PDF file option, they seemed to have removed it.
