How do I make friends in Dallas

Hi I’ve been here about a year and haven’t made actual friends. I am reserved and am comfortable being alone but want to make good friendships. Does feel lonely sometimes. I don’t drink and live the outdoors. I wanted to ask what are some suggestions for making actual friendships?
