Sheppard Ground Course on the iPad or PC?

I'm going to be activating the Sheppard Air ground course this morning and hitting it hard over the next week.
One thing I'm stuck in, though, is whether to activate it on my iPad mini or my PC? Initially I was going to go PC but that basically means I'm tied to my room whenever I want to use it, and maybe that's not such a great idea. My computer deck doesn't have much real estate for notes or paper.
I do have a laptop I could dig up, but I haven't used it in a couple of years.
Alternatively I could use my iPad and have the portability but it's got an iiiitty biiity little screen and I'm not sure if it'll be more frustrating than anything. Also, not knowing how well optimized for the iPad the Sheppard experience is makes me nervous.
What's your experience?

I preferred my iPad.

iPad mini was great. It’s bare bones, no need for big screen.

I’ve only used it on the iPad. It makes the most sense, even in your situation

Ok yeah I'll go that route then. Glad to hear it works well on a tablet. ty!

I did seven different Sheppard courses on my iPad Mini. Easy to whip it out and study anywhere.

Awesome, that's all I really need to hear. Thanks!
