There's absolutely zero need to pin and weld a flash hider on a 10.3 inch barrel. The only purpose you ever need to pin and weld a muzzle device is to make it reach 16 inches. And unless they're putting 5.7 in extensions on the suckers there's no way in hell.

Yeah, I was unintentionally vague in my original reply but I think this is a solid deal. I thought I did very well and this is pretty damn close and complete. Shipping and potential taxes hurts, but overall still good.
