Hey everyone,
I've been talking to a lot of freshers for a while and the #1 question I keep getting is I want to get into tech but I don't know which path to pick or where to start.
So I built an interactive roadmap tool that covers 13 career paths — web dev, mobile, data science, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI engineering, blockchain, and more. Each one breaks down into weekly steps, lists required vs optional topics, and includes curated resources (videos, courses, articles).
A few things that might be useful:
- There's a 5-question quiz that recommends your top 3 matching paths based on your interests and work style
- Each path shows real job market data — open positions, growth rate, salary ranges, top hiring companies
- You can track your progress as you go through topics
Some interesting data points I pulled together:
- Cybersecurity has 715K+ open positions right now (highest demand)
- AI Engineering tops out at \~$250K salary range
- Web Dev is still the most comprehensive path at 150+ topics over 44 weeks

Would love to see your feedback , especially if you think a path is missing something or if the resource recommendations could be better. This is a side project so I'm iterating based on what people actually find useful.
