Is it worth to move from Spain?

As an electrician/plumber?
I just studied a FP Grado Medio that was about water depuration facilities and FP Grado Superior of Electricity.
Im working right now as a mantenance guy in a water depuration facility doing electrical jobs, repairing water pumps and doing some plumber stuff.
Im tired of living in Spain, and I was wondering if it would be possible to move somewhere else.

Salary and politics? If those are your reasons then yes, it's worth to move to a different place.
Forget about people saying moving to a colder place means giving up the weather in Spain. Nope, you can come back for vacation and it's a LOT more enjoyable to afford great luxury vacations in Spain than to have the sun outside your windows but you worry about your finances and future too much to enjoy it.
Also, you avoid all the downsides of living Spain and keep the best parts.

Experience and language ability. That's what matters. You can try Ireland or Netherlands. If you're young enough you can try applying for working holiday visa in Canada or Australia and see how it goes.

When things settle, UAE would be an option.

you would have to face the old dilemma!
Go to a country with shitty weather, worse food, and a higher salary (Northern Europe)
or
stay in a sunny place with good food and a low salary?

Sure.
