Publicans, pub managers, landlords - Star Pubs/Just Add Talent. Does anyone have any experience?

I recently had an advert come up for a local pub to me for the Star Pubs Just Add Talent management scheme.

I had never heard of this before and I’ve been in the industry for a few years now in an independent pub and I was wondering if anyone uses this scheme or knows of any other pubs on this scheme and how it works because it almost seems too good to be true?

Can anyone offer any insight into how this model actually works in practice and if whether or not they would recommend it?

It's just a managed house operator, there's nothing special about it.

Maybe I’ve just never seen a managed house with such low ingoing costs in my area and it threw me off a bit

That's because they're managed houses, not leased
