What’s a currently open area that has car access to get a picture of a car with all 3 in the background at once?
Low car so I can’t hop any curbs

The Boy Scout picnic pavilion overlooking White Rock Lake, roughly at the intersections of Buckner/Mockingbird/Peavy is quite accessible by car and has a view of the Dallas skyline in the distance over the lake. Don't know that it includes the specific three buildings you reference, but you might check it out.

That spot works great if you can get the angle right. I used to mess around with photography there and you get decent elevation without having to worry about your car scraping anything. Just watch for hospital traffic during busy hours since people get pretty aggressive looking for parking spots.
