Would it worth getting a metric e-bike I believe xp model for about $150 but the controller is damaged and battery might need to be replaced
Any suggestions in buying aftermarket parts for this?

omg $150 is a steal even with those issues! just make sure replacement parts don't end up costing more than buying a working one would.
