My PC's temps suddenly gets higher the longer it is running

Hi, I've been experiencing some issues with my PC recently. The temps are usually at 60°C when I am playing a game on RT Ultra. I noticed 3 days ago, after 4 hrs of gaming - with the same applications open - my CPU temps would rise up to 93°C.
I am not sure what is happening since I just cleaned my PC. The CPU load is 30% max.
I am using i7 14th Gen though but it was undervolted since it was built 2 years ago. As for the thermal paste, I am using Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut, so I don't think dried thermal paste is the issue.
My AIO - which I also bought 2 years ago - is Deepcool Mystique 360. I am not hearing a rattling sound, so it should be in good working condition.
The issue is not limited to when I am gaming. When I was working last Friday, my PC is on for 9-10 hrs. Normal boot temp is 38°C (ambient temp 26°C), after I finished my job (which is mostly some browser and MS Excel open) I noticed that the temperature was about 80°C. The usual temp when I am working is 48°C (highest).
Current Windows Version is: 25H2
Anyone else encountered the same issue?

How is your AIO radiator positioned in relation to the pump on the cpu? Is your AIO pump on a header and set to max speed? You don’t want your AIO pump changing its speed based on temperature. Have you updated your bios recently?

Hi, AIO is mounted on the top of the case, AIO Pump header is on the correct slot, as well as the CPU header. AIO pump is set on max speed all the time. I didn't disassemble the PC when I cleaned it earlier. The issue's been happening since Thursday. I just cleaned off the dust using brush and blower as the dust build up is not that bad.
As for the BIOS, I haven't updated it since January last year.

Any chance you damaged the radiator fins? I’d take the fans off and inspect the radiator. I’m leaning towards a pump failing though.

If it's just cpu then either pump died or fan or pump power plug got unplugged when you cleaned the pc
Not sure what was done when cleaning pc but if you also removed the aio cooler fr9m cpu and reposted could be a very bad paste job

Ah sorry, I forgot to mention, the issue already happened prior to cleaning. When I noticed that the temp was getting higher earlier, I dusted it off with a blower (it's not that dirty to begin with). It didn't help. Temp is still high.

Sounds like need to repaste and if that doesnt do it then aio pump might have failed or dying out as long as the rad fans are spinning. Not sure if you can hear the fans ramp up at all as the temps get warmer as they should

Pump is either cooked or you need to remount it

I forgot to mention, the issue already happened prior to cleaning. I tried to touch the pump while the pc is running, seems to be working fine.
