Truck speedometer 20mph in idle?

For the past couple of days I’ve felt that my speedometer is showing that I’m driving faster than I feel like I’m actually going, no matter the speed (fast/slow). Today I realized that my 2012 F-150 is “zero-ing out” at 10mph when in park. I unhooked the negative connection on my battery for a couple of hours thinking maybe it would reset once I drained it and plugged it back in...once I did hook it back up it jumped another 10mph to now zero-ing out at 20mph...What the heck is going on? The only thing that I’ve done to my truck recently is install a flood light that turns on when I put the truck in reverse. I simply plugged the red and black wires of the flood light into the reverse and neutral cables of the 7 pin plug at the rear bumper of the truck...could this be what’s causing the issue??

I just dealt with this and I'm going to drop this here in case anyone comes along after me. It's a painful process, but it's free and easy. Hold the "Ok" button and turn to accessory mode as described. It will go to a gauge test. Let it finish, turn the key to off and repeat. Mine went down by about roughly 1mph at a time (started at 30) and eventually after about 30-35 times, it's back at zero.
