Is the PCPartPicker enthusiast AMD Gaming/Streaming Build?

I'm looking to building my first gaming PC at some point in the near future, and I wanna try an AMD build since I currently have a prebuilt intel one. So I wanna both build one and try AMD. So I wanna know if the Enthusiast one is a good build or if the modest one is better. PS, I wanna use an Nvidia card either way, I generally like frame gen, so if the modest one is worth more money please suggest a good GPU alternative that's Nvidia.

I don't have MicroCenter in my country.

well its decent enough but with a little customization u can make it into a real beast that gets u good performance and good value

What would you change, no need to go into a deep dive, just off the top of your head, I want this to last me a while

I would probably do something like this, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qxkr6B
Of course I don't know ur budget so I cant really optimize this but this is a pretty good configuration that gives u more than enough room for later upgrades along with some quality of life features. of course feel free to change things to match the look u want
