I am looking for advice. I went to test drive it at the dealership today for an appointment. They said it’s in the shop for check engine light indicating Throttle position sensor issues. Body is good and no visible rust.a

The paperwork shows dealer inspection highlighted the below.

- Both front struts were replaced as they were blown out and leaking.

- Valve covers leaking “very badly” (both sides): Oil on gaskets, pinched/torn from bolts, burning smell, smoke when hood opened.

- Battery failed test, battery replaced

- Air filter was replaced noted: “extremely dirty and oil/debris contaminated” + intake tube: Likely caused by the valve cover leaks pulling oil into the intake.
