Been wanting to try a Bosch E bike since I generally build all of my own E bikes. I wanted to get one of the REI CTY e2.2 since they were on sale for 1400. Apparently they are discontinuing all of their E bike line. I was bummed that I couldn’t find any at any of my local REI stores. They also do not ship them.
I happen to come across one on Facebook last night with 14 miles for 750 went and grabbed it today. Can’t believe how smooth the Bosch motor is and quiet compared to my CYC. This was purchased four months ago she is moving and could not take it with her.

In December I scored a broken Velotric T1 ST Plus for $100 + $400 of replacement electronics. When I powered it up it had 38 miles. Christmas gift for my S.O.
Last month I scored another Velotric, the full carbon from wheels to seatpost T1 Pro, for $850, with less than 300 miles. I'm converting that one from flat bars to drops, 1x11 GRX.
Bosch mid-drive should be next on my watch list. 😎

I have the DRT e3.1 and I really like it. It's too bad they discontinued them, it does exactly what it says on the tin.

Yeah, I just took it for a test spin after putting a suspension seat post on lol. Super nice riding in the motor is very quiet.

I have one of these! You'll want to change out the seat asap, it's super uncomfortable, even for a bike seat.
