I swear nobody at Swift who works on weekends ever knows anything. The Memphis weekend dispatcher I just talked to mispronounced my name, gave me attitude, ignored my "good afternoon", and threw up their hands after a simple question. Swift is not sending their best.

I've never been anywhere with a good weekend dispatch. Except one time when I didn't actually have a dispatch, I just called the owner. Though, if something happened on Sunday morning i had to just park and wait till service ended.

The second person I talked to was pleasant and gave me the fuel stop I needed without issue. The first should be placed into The Device.

Everywhere you go it's the same thing on a weekend. They're not familiar with the account or don't have the phone numbers for the weekend shipper contact.
Useless. I only call to have proof I called weekend dispatch when things go stupid because no one wants to work the same hours drivers do.

I only interact with the b-team (after hours) to get dispatched or to t-call, otherwise i assume i’m on my own to solve shit

I thought they could handle a fuel stop after mine was closed for a remodel. I was very wrong. They gave me attitude like a mom fed up with their unruly child.

I’ve had luck in that department, i’ve been there. Tell them pumps are down and find a new fuel stop, or hell just ask for emergency fuel

I should've had the Comdata start code ready, I forgot. I gave them the stop and location but that's on me. The attitude was unexpected. I'm going to ask for emergency fuel.
