[NFA] Saw Tisha 9mm/30cal/556 from $875 + tax

Even a 30 cal "Blem" with full warranty coverage as these are only cosmetic blems.
No actual pics of the items but according to the dealer
"These are cosmetic blems only — slight surface roughness or visible printer lines in some cases. Functionally, they are identical to standard production items and carry the full functional warranty. They're discounted to reflect the cosmetic variance, and honestly, once you mount them up, you're not going to care."

Heard SAW is taking care of all the problem cans so I'd jump on this if it wasn't for like 4 other great cans also came out at the same time.... waiting on the word for which one is the go to for shooting. Still waiting on OCM6 to come out sense OCM5 is discontinued... that is the one I really want.
IntroductionCute8200@reddit
Thanks for the heads up!
buckandroll@reddit
only saw the 30 cal there
Ernie_McCracken88@reddit
Has anyone compared the saw Tisha 9mm with the Milkman?
AlfaRomeoUSA@reddit
If someone in near OH/PA/WV/VA has a milkman and wants to compare id be down to compare once i get my tisha
FatMac1045@reddit
This, because the Milkman is stellar on my SP5.
Dry_Ad3367@reddit
Is this a Liberty Bell type blen?
11B2GF7@reddit
Tisha blems?

Educational-Wall-997@reddit
aren't they replacing it with a non-blem one and sending you a free 22 can if you do end up cracking one? If true that sounds like a pretty good deal if you are willing to go through with the warranty process.
nicostatus@reddit
Never got my "free" .22 cal KLIK and I'm not holding my breath. The 5.56 tish in Inconel is pretty fantastic though. Can't lie about that.
AlfaRomeoUSA@reddit
He hasn't shipped them yet I talked to him about 2 weeks ago and was waiting on some qc checks before shipping
squeeshka@reddit
So now they give a shit about QC huh?
Educational-Wall-997@reddit
yeah they made a mistake and look like they are correcting it going forward, and treating all those affected pretty generously. What's to hate on here?
squeeshka@reddit
Because it’s hilarious that they first sent out a round of blem Tishas that all were recalled. Then they didn’t QC their new printers leading to customers receiving Shivs that were cracked in half. Suddenly they decide to start caring about QC on the “I’m sorry we fucked up” cans they’re sending out? Simultaneously they sent out another round of blem Tishas for sale?
They may be amazing engineers but holy shit they’re idiots when it comes to running a company.
Vorpalis@reddit
Not idiots, just new to running a business. What's obvious to you and me isn't to everyone, and making the assumption that everyone knows what you know is called egocentric bias.
If we give people shit for fucking up after making it right, it teaches people to hide and deny their mistakes rather than being accountable. Which way would you like people to behave?
squeeshka@reddit
They haven’t finished made it right yet though. People are still waiting for their kliks and they decided to sell another batch of blem tishas. If anything, this is showing me that they don’t learn from their mistakes.
Vorpalis@reddit
If they ultimately fail to make it right with everyone, this is fair. If they're still in the process of making it right, and ultimately do for everyone, then maybe we should cut them some slack and be patient. They've got like 3 dudes and two printers, so it's going to take time.
If these truly are cosmetic blems, unlike those first "blems," then it doesn't bother me. I do agree that it doesn't look good and people are right to be skeptical.
BTW, I wasn't the one who downvoted your comment. To me, we're just sharing perspectives, and disagreement is okay.
BlueJay--@reddit
They were up front about the cracking in the blems last time, where this listed doesnt say cracking so these ones are probably just ugly.
They probably should skip selling blems for a while tho due to the general knee jerk reaction of the internet.
squeeshka@reddit
That’s the fun part. Since there’s no pictures and the description pretty much says “trust me bro” nobody knows.
I love how they’re shaking things up and wish them success but I think selling another batch of blems before fully recovering from their first mishap is incredibly dumb on their part.
BlueJay--@reddit
That's really on the vender tho for not posting pics.
But since SAW recalled the cracked blems I really dont understand why they would send out another batch of cracked blems.
11B2GF7@reddit
I would kind of rather just give money for a product that actually works, instead of playing catch-me-fuck-me games with a thousand dollar can with a "cosmetic" blem that may or may not turn into a hand grenades after the first round or two.
Vorpalis@reddit
This is the first I've seen the 30 cal Tisha for sale. I'd like to see Pew Science test this on their 14.5" SR-25, Mk-18, and their 300BLK Spear LT. Given the Tisha seems to favor higher pressures, I'm curious if it's any good on 300BLK, and if performance scales to the short-barrel .308 SR-25.
Fauropitotto@reddit
Uh...fool me once.
redacted_robot@reddit
Dang, the 9mm is tempting after running my 556 on my mk18. It sounded so good shooting indoors. I believe the hype and pew numbers.
Fauked@reddit
so we're calling them "visible printer lines" now
RevoTravo@reddit
lol I got one from the EVT blem batch and mine was the opposite. It had “invisible print lines”
batlesnake@reddit
I thought the other ones were only cosmetic blens also 🤓
BlueJay--@reddit
Got a nonblem tisha 30 from EVT for $1100. $875+ tax is a hard sell
renegadeGDI@reddit
Gotta love a company that doesn't learn from their mistakes.
nanananananabatdog@reddit
God damn I've been holding out for a plain time shiv.... This is tempting
perrierpapi@reddit
Have a shiv and it is phenomenal. Put close to 1k rounds through it no issue. Serial 104xxx
Huge-Two-3358@reddit
I would pay maybe $650 max for this honestly
Euphoric911@reddit
Is there a consensus on Tisha 9 vs Shiv?
Is it a PCC vs Pistol situation?
Not exactly looking to buy right now, but would ideally have a PCC can that I can throw on a handgun without it being unbearably unweildy
perrierpapi@reddit
Shiv if you want a pistol suppressor, would probably still say mob if you want a sub gun can. I have a shiv and it’s phenomenal. Needed zero tuning on my Xmacro
nanananananabatdog@reddit
But have you run it on a PCC?
perrierpapi@reddit
No but others on r/nfa have and it seems to do okay.
nanananananabatdog@reddit
I am wondering the same but I've seen zero testing of the shiv on a PCC.
If I had to guess it has these pros and cons:
Great sound suppression for the size. Impressive sound actually. Other cans might be better in db rating. Good flow through, low back pressure. Because it's flow through, probably performs well on direct blowback PCC and reduces gas to face. Durable and rated for heavy use.
Cons: gets really hot really fast. Direct thread only. Unknown performance
nsuspense@reddit
I didnt even know they made a 30 cal version.
ruggedrazor17@reddit
$700 and I’m in
FaladorSWAT@reddit
Yeah, absolutely not.
HaonSyl@reddit
This is a joke right?
Educational-Wall-997@reddit
so are these the ones that crack or not?
somersp91@reddit
Just assume they are. We are the test lab rats.
kaloozi@reddit
Idk fam the other “blems” were fucked
Suspicious-Use-2871@reddit
Not again...
