If someone litters diapers, ban them from owning diapers.

I was recently walking along a nature trail when I saw someone had thrown a loaded diaper along the plants. I was horrified, and thought to myself, "People who do that shouldn't be allowed to own diapers". Thus, this idea was born. If they are in a situation where they need the diapers, for themselves or someone else, too bad - they should've been more responsible.

I assumed the alternative would be cloth diapers. They're more expensive, not exactly something you'd really want to just toss away trailside.

Okay, so, devil's advocate here.

You ever had a raccoon get in a trashcan that had a bag of loaded diapers in it? Oh. Boy. The child those diapers came from is in college now but one of those diapers was visible in a tree in my parents yard up until they took the whole tree down. We tried everything to dislodge it but it was 50 feet up . . . Couldn't be done.

Anyways. It's extremely possible that the literring was performed by a non human.

The diaper was in a spot that is very far from houses; anyway, I'm fine with banning the raccoon or whatever actually did the littering from owning diapers.
