Sure, but one of the antisemite talking points after the attacks was to mischaracterise it as a Jews-only ambulance service as part of an attempt justify the attacks. When that failed they largely pivoted to the classics of either saying the attack was justified because Jews elsewhere did something bad or the classic tactic of just straight up claiming that the Jews did it.

It’s actually one of the principles deeply rooted in Judaism, to help one another. Judaism often considers it a sin to stand idly while other Jews suffer.
Unfortunately that goes the other way too, they will often butt in and pass judgment even when not asked. A friend of mine is Jewish and she’s dating a Catholic guy, she usually doesn’t mention it to believing Jews knowing that she will get all kinds of “concerned advice” and questions about their future kids and so on.

Aside from the Jews there's a bunch of different arab groups including the druze making up about 20% of the population (though IIRC the Israeli government counts basically any muslim group as 'arabic' which is a bit odd. Fairly sure one of the bigger muslim groups are actually originally refugees from Russia. Then there's the usual couple of percent of other nationalities who've migrated for economic reasons. Notably there's a fair number of Thai nationals, several of whom were murdered, kidnapped or both by Hamas.
