Ginseng is the cleanest imo.

It’s good for you, it increases blood vessels so stay hydrated.

In large amounts the effects mimic Molly. Helps with focus.

Stay away from ephedrine. That stuff is an ingredient to making meth. Meth stimulates adrenaline receptors and send you in to fight or flight. Hence why some meth heads are head in the clouds active and others are aggressive and aggitated. Just stay away from it. Same with adderall and vyvanse.

Lol, ok school time: stimulant medications for the treatment of ADHD (dextroamphetamine and lisdexamfetamin) and crystal meth share the exact same base; amphetamine salts. Methamphetamine is, as the name suggests, a chemically modified version of that same base.

You literally couldn't apply the term 'basically' in a more relevant and accurate sense than this... It is the very definition of the term in pharmacological usage.

cool but nobody is saying "basically" to indicate the pharmacological use of the word...they're using it in the colloquial sense. saying X is basically Y is saying that they are very very similar, and the this case it's not true. just because the base is the same, it doesn't mean they're similar in the way that the expression would imply.

Ephedrine is still in bronkaid (I believe it’s called). It’s supposed to be used for asthma. You’ll need an id card to get it from behind the counter.

Stimulants suck. They're physically bad for you and they're also highly addictive.

I had a problem with Adderall for a while because the prescription that my pharmacist was giving me was defective.

It was really clear how much it impacted my life and my mental health, and I almost killed myself, actually.

I thought I was losing my mind, and it was really painful having to deal with going a day without Adderall.

You become seriously depressed. You don't understand what's happening. You're tired. You're angry. Your brain won't work.

Just do caffeine. That's all you need.

Even caffeine is really powerful and addictive.

At that time they approved a new drug similar to Adderall but it was still under patent so they could charge a LOT more.

This meant that new companies were making Adderall and my XR formulation (extended release) was defective and releasing it at random times.

One time it was ALL at 8PM and I realized I was acting like a meth head.

I couldn't stop moving my fingers, was walking around the apartment all agitated, I was hot, couldn't stop talking/thinking, etc.

Two Sudafeds will give you a boost! And (here in Ireland), you can get them over the counter. Codinex (a cough syrup) also will give you a lift. It’s not as easy to get and you have to say it’s been recommended to you by a doctor. And finally solpadeine with the caffeine in it!

Adrafinil is a pro-drug to modafinil. Modafinil is a controlled substance in many countries now, with adrafinil being significantly easier to find for roughly the same effect.
