New Grad Apartment Help

Hello!
I’m a new grad (21M) who’s gonna be moving to Dallas in June. I’m gonna be working in downtown. I need some recommendations and help with picking apartments to live. I want a 1 bedroom, balcony or patio, under $2k. Here’s what I’ve seen and narrowed it down to so far but I would love suggestions. I really like going out and would love to be with people in my age group. I’m also a big coffee shop guy.
The Village - I really liked Northbridge and all the amenities of course, but I wish it was closer to downtown
Amelia at Farmers Market - it’s really close to work and the amenities and rooftop is nice. But I’ve been hearing some issues with the new management that took over in September (anyone know anything)
The Adelphi Design District - This place was really nice, not super far from downtown, it seemed kinda boring though, not as many amenities, smaller gym, and I’m unsure of the demographic.
The Atlantic Highland Park - pretty affordable, it’s in Highland Park, decent amenities, good location.
Please let me know if anyone has any questions!

What's up Rekiso! Welcome to Dallas, and congrats on graduation, my friend.
Central Dallas is an awesome area for nightlife, and with rising prices, finding gems in the $1500-$1800 range (up to $2000) is the name of the game. I'm a long-time apartment locator here in DFW (help people find their best apartment fit/value professionally). There are my go-to communities and neighborhoods for good prices, on really units, between $1500-$2000/month:
UPTOWN:
L2 Uptown - Built 2013 - 1BRs usually around $1800 - https://www.l2uptown.com/
Uptown at Cole Park - Built 2016 (renovated 2022) - 1BRs usually around $1600-$1700 - https://www.uptownatcolepark.com/
Howell Uptown - Built 2018 - 1BRs usually around $2000, plus 2-weeks free - https://www.howelluptown.com/
KNOX-HENDERSON:
The Bowen on Henderson - Built 2004 (renovated 2011) - 1BRs usually in the $1700s - https://www.bowenonhenderson.com/
Eastbridge - Built 1998 (renovated 2018) - 1BRs usually in the $1800s - https://www.eastbridgeapts.com/eastbridge-dallas-tx/
Slate at Cole - Built 1993 (renovated 2017) - 1BRs usually in the $1800s - https://www.slateatcole.com/
TURTLE CREEK:
Cantabria at Turtle Creek - Built 2014 - 1BRs in the $1700s - https://www.cantabriaturtlecreek.com/cantabria-at-turtle-creek-dallas-texas/?rcstdid=Mg%3D%3D-YRjTEizZPgM%3D&utm_source=googlemybusiness&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=gmblisting
Radius Turtle Creek - Built 2003 (renovated 2017) - 1BRs in the $1700s - https://www.radiusturtlecreek.com/
Gallery at Turtle Creek - Built 2013 (renovated 2022) - 1BRs in the high $1700s/low $1800s - https://galleryatturtlecreek.com/
Hope that helps!! Feel free to give me a shout any time if you'd like some more thorough help digging up the perfect unit for a June move, or just to ask any questions. My help/service is always free and my DM/Chats are always open to ya :)
Have a great move, my friend!

I recommend the Village. It fits the demographic you want, they have lots of community events for residents, it’s in a nice area with lots to do. I know it’s farther away from downtown but it gives you a little space from work.
I don’t mean to be that annoying older person who “has been through it so I know what I’m talking about”, but you’re entering into a time of your life where it is incredibly difficult to make new friends. The village has places and amenities that can be your 3rd place.

These are places I’ve only been because I had friends that lived there but seem chill:
Maddox Apartments
https://www.maddoxluxuryliving.com/
The Crosby

Trinity apartments

There are other newer ones on singleton as well
Good luck!
