I own a swift e bike that has a current broken battery, i am looking for a commenter bike for some rough terrain. Under 3000 hopefully i dont want a surron or taleria, something that looks street legal but has a good battery and decent speed. The segway e bike is an option but hopefully some opinions can be shared. Any advice?

You can look at the NCM range of ebikes, you can purchase a off road controller and it will go 27mlpr or 45kmpr , I have owned my bike now for 3yrs and it still going good with no problems, it cost me $1,800
