Internet Car Movie Database is another wild one.

Arsenal Firearms Double Barrel 1911 “Prismatic” it literally says on the website that the gun “was created for a large international movie production” u can get it thru American Precision Firearms.
MassDriverOne@reddit
I've seen it in person at the range once.
Was in the lane going through rounds, a group of very obviously wealthy people showed up in the lane next to me, also very obviously not experienced gun people. None particularly fit, all very hyped up, and all wearing a hodgepodge of 90's urban bdu camo and black with lots of bling.
Anyways they rolled up and pulled out this absurd double barrel .45, a kriss vector, some kinda drum mag fed shotgun, and maybe a SCAR idr. Dudes had money
Not judging them I mean if I had the means of get cool shit too, but also their general disposition did kinda make me uneasy to be around them+firepower

I encountered folks like that at my first PRS match. They were running rifles that were 3-4x the cost of my entire rig; they had clearly dropped serious coin on their equipment.
However they didn't seem to grasp basic range safety etiquette and had to constantly get reminded where to safely point their guns, to have their actions open, chamber flags etc. I think they shot pretty badly too, not that I was any better.

Oh man a really good friend of mine, great dude, have to keep an eye on him around guns.
He's not malicious or anything just kinda... loose with em. Dude went big and bought a Mk23 that is just sick af, but at the range got gassed up after popping it off and turned around unintentionally flagging us all :/ jesus christ that thing makes big damn holes ffs no
idkarn@reddit
Drum mag shotgun for tacticool purpose when money isnt an issue - Pancor Jackhammer?
Bloody_Insane@reddit
Not a chance. Only 3 prototypes were built and afaik all three are accounted for.
I'd bet on either some turkish gun or a Saiga 12.
roadrunnuh@reddit
I saw Kriss Vector do some optical illusions and sleight of hand on the street once.
nzdastardly@reddit
No that was his brother, Kriss Angle
Akconcentrates@reddit
I saw Kurt Angle once.
Pirat_fred@reddit
Do you mean the Angel of Kurt Cobain ?
Markius-Fox@reddit
If I had a nickel for every time I've been confused for The Undertaker...I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it's happened twice.
justaheatattack@reddit
money can't buy class.
Consistent-Plane7227@reddit
It should be called a 3822
Jgibbjr@reddit
I see what you did there.
__robert_paulson__@reddit
But why? I saw this movie but I don’t remember noticing a double barrel 1911. That seems like it’d stand out to me. Do I need to rewatch or was it just a subtle detail?
HowDoraleousAreYou@reddit
Specte is just that forgettable, it’s not your fault.

Jerry Miculek shooting a pair of double barrel .45 ACP's.
Nom-De-Gruyere@reddit
Ah so both barrels fire at the same time. Seems a bit pointless because both bullets will be headed for the same aim point. Would be better if one barrel could be delayed slightly to give a two shot burst with some spread. Like two hammers with the second falling after the first, plus a slide lock until after the second hammer falls to delay the blowback and open the breech after the second shot.
AyeBraine@reddit
What would be the alternative?
Happy_Garand@reddit
The point is to look "cool". Practically speaking, it literally doubles your firepower, putting twice as much lead downrange
Nom-De-Gruyere@reddit
It's a .50 with extra steps
Venom-99@reddit
Twice the stopping power.
SackOfCats@reddit
Lol, what the fuck are you talking about?
It's a meme gun, nothing more
f2020tohell@reddit
A really dumb gimmick gun that looks cooler on screen than it is practical in real use

when your gun has a gun
SPECTREagent700@reddit
This is what I alway thought of when I heard of a gun being a “2011” and so was really confused why a few years ago people starting talking about buying and carrying them not knowing that it has since come to mean a 9mm 1911.
vaseliries@reddit
Any double stack split frame 1911, regardless of caliber, is referred to as a 2011.
Although STI/Staccato have a trademark on "2011" so manufacturer's need to do a workaround like the sig p211 or some use 2311, 2x11, or just do DS1911 as their model nomenclature.
Kagenlim@reddit
That would make a Para ordance P14 a 2011..which it isnt
vaseliries@reddit
The "split frame" descriptor excludes the PO P14 as it has a solid frame.
The_First_Curse_@reddit
I thought the same for a while.
GaGuRoShoMo@reddit
Same here. So I'm not the only one! They were marketed as, or at least "commonly" called 2011s, weren't they?
justaheatattack@reddit
Ima go with, stupid.
it'a a stupid firearm.
