I recently bought these at $10 a week ago but looks like they are running a $5 off your cart sale for all of their own brand products. They run great compared to the stock ones and come in a 5 pack instead of the other ones that are $10 each. I guess for those who bought that 5 mag bundle. Their FRT is absolutely awesome as well and great value for the money.

I actually offer MJF PA11 TX22 striker inserts based on his design. They're much cleaner and stronger than at home FDM prints or good for anyone without a printer.

For the odd mfg style TX22 FRT that I use, it isn't really. But some people still want to protect their factory liner.
For the TY22 it helps a little and other designs can wear more and actually need it. It also depends on where you get the FRT and how much post processing they do after laser cutting.
If it's just raw send cut send parts, you will likely wear your striker insert regardless of design.

Print quality is completely fine honestly. Shitty looking supported area but that is it. Most people who sell 3d printed parts that are functional use high layer heights for strength. I would sell that. Maybe clean up the bottom of the supported area but really doesn’t matter.

They use high layer heights cause it prints faster and they can pump products out. You want a low layer height for strength. You can look at any of their images and immediately tell the layer adhesion is shit.

Mine had issues out of the box so I polished the hell out of the mag internals to get the same effect. It’s nice seeing there’s now a way to just buy it for folks who don’t want to put in the time and fix every mag they have issues with.
