Plano water/sewer/refuse autopay provider changing, action required

This note is on the utility web site:
"InvoiceCloud, a new payment platform, launches April 20, 2026. All autopay customers will be required to re-enroll. Redesigned water bills will reflect the email address where new bill notices and payment reminders will be sent. If the email address is incorrect, please contact us to update it."
it's not completely clear to me if this means we must reregister for the web site, autopay, or both, but probably just autopay. If you check Reddit more often than your email, here's some advanced notice.

Thank you for this information! I’m on autopay and so never pay attention to messages!

Do we need to re-enroll by April 20 or
Do we enroll starting April 20?

The city website says you need to re-enroll when it opens on April 20.

I work with invoice cloud and Sprypoint and they are pretty bad, not the worse but not one of the better ones either. Hope this isn’t a disaster for plano.

I didn't even know autopay existed for our water utilities. I just got hit with a late fee this month because I had forgotten to pay the bill last month.
