Because of some hilarious clips that popped up on the ol' youtube, I actually signed up for Paramount+ (starter offer is $2.99 for a couple months, hopefully I remember to cancel) and started watching the reboot with our teens (15+17). I swear to god this is hands down the most fun we've had watching shows together. For most things we watch together, if any sex stuff comes on the kids want to crawl away and die, but somehow Beavis and Butthead talking about spanking their monkey all the time just makes us all laugh uncontrollably.

My 18 & 15 year old will find short clips of B&B amusing. But they aren't interested in watching entire episodes. Kinda disappointing.

We showed them Idiocracy recently. A few days later, I went to the 15-year-old's room to tell him dinner was ready and he said "Go AWAY! 'Batin'". He was, in fact, looking at NBA scores on his phone, and started laughing, but it friggen killed me.
I cannot imagine even acknowledging the existence of masturbation to my parents so I'm glad (I think?) that they can be so candid. So thank you Mike Judge again I guess.

My parents had our family friends over one night and they rented Beavis and Butt-Head for us to watch... As kids of 10,9 and 2 7 years olds. I had no idea what scoring exactly entailed, and vaguely got that they misinterpreted what the guy meant when he wanted them to "do" his wife. But we absolutely loved it! I don't think our parents would have liked it if they realised what it was, given none of us were allowed to watch South Park at the time 🤣

I didn't know what "scoring" was either when I first watch Beavis and Butthead either. I was in middle school when I first watch it.

I haven't had P+ for years now because they only have a small selection of B&B to stream. Every week here I see posts about the very latest season not even being on it.
Might wanna also look into the King Turd Collection to get the full experience of the complete original series run. I dont think any of them contain the revival series tho (last 4 seasons pretty much)
