How much does repaint cost?

I rent in Plano. There are a few stains on my doors or chipping paint. I wanted to know usually how much does a repaint job cost? Or if it is done by the Property manager how much will they charge me?
I cannot remove the stains and I wanted to know if I can get it repainted to cover the stains before I move out. Thank you!

That's something your landlord should fix

Okay but I am guessing from reviews they do charge for such things upon move out lol

Not necessarily. Wear and tear is covered. I would just ask your property management how they want to handle it. If they say they'll charge you, I'd just get the paint and do it myself. It'll always be cheaper. But from what you've described, they should be responsible for fixing that, not you since it sounds like normal wear and tear

I would ask the landlord the paint that you would need to fix it since most apt managers will lend you some paint that they would normally use (color coded with a certain paint vendor) to fix holes, stains and dings. I found this out when I vacated my daughter's apt and she had a few nail holes and scuffs on the walls. They gave me the paint that they use and I got some putty and filled all the holes, sanded it down and roller painted large areas of the wall to make those areas meld with the rest. Apt looked recently painted.

Oh that’s good to know! I will check with them if they do the same. Thanks!

I’d find a 5-10 min on YouTube on the process of repainting a door and see if it’s worth the hassle myself. Probably a small can of paint and some prep materials from a hardware store
Otherwise, TaskRabbit or googling Handyman & calling a few of them for a quote is your best bet
