Popcorn with lemon juice and hot sauce. Do you guys eat your popcorn like this too or is it just me??? Try it if you havent. It does get a bit soggy but we all have pros and cons so who am i to judge the popcorn for being soggy. Its my fault if its soggy really. Popcorn didnt do anything wrong

Maybe lemon salt and some sort of spice can do the same trick? Sounds yummy though.
Financial-Walk9356@reddit

babydolly13@reddit (OP)
We dont have that in my country. At least in the markets. Just found it on some sites and will be investing in one after everyone mentioned it lmao
Sargash@reddit
It wouldn't be that hard to make, if you don't want to buy it

Soy sauce and nutritional yeast. Little soggy, little cheesy, little salty

I love mine w toasted sesame oil, furakake, and rice crackers... and it gets soggy if you don't eat it right away, but I still heat it soggy. 😅😬

I used lemon zest with blackpepper before (pretty sure some country eats it that way and it was their recipe) but it wasnt as sour as i wanted it
MSnap@reddit

My old weed dealer turned me on to eating popcorn with the juice from jarred pickled jalapeño. Top tier.
babydolly13@reddit (OP)
Perhaps i would be a good weed dealer then

Sooooo acid doesn't affect the inside of your mouth. Gotcha lmao
babydolly13@reddit (OP)
I used to beg my mom to give me lemon pieces as a kid and ate them fully with the peel and everything so nope this is pretty tame for me lmao
Sargash@reddit
I think you might be allergic to to lemons or something mate
IFeedSquirrelsAMA@reddit
I think you're an idiot mate
Sargash@reddit
I mean if your mouth is bleeding after a few bites youve got some issues.

I used to pour a tall shot glass of Frank's and dip my popcorn in that. I had a girlfriend back in highschool that showed me Frank's on popcorn but I couldn't enjoy how messy it was when we put it on top and I liked mine doused in the sauce... So I became a dipper.

i just eat mine with dill pickle seasoning.

rekkeu@reddit
Onion salt on popcorn is greatttt
Paper-Dramatic@reddit
I feel like the acidity from the lemon juice and the sweetness from the hot sauce would work really well
KinkyQuesadilla@reddit
I don't use hot sauce, but a light dusting of cayenne is absolutely delicious.
DetectiveRick141@reddit
Am I the weirdo? Everyone in the comments making lemon juice and hot sauce sound normal is just insane

See if you can find this. Its tangy, spicy, and won't make your popcorn soggy.
sol2222@reddit
Maybe citric acid would be a good non soggy alternative?
babydolly13@reddit (OP)

babydolly13@reddit (OP)

ThePsychoKnot@reddit
I like mine with butter, salt, black pepper, and a whole bunch of shredded sharp cheddar. The lemon juice is a bit weird but I bet the hot sauce slaps. What kind of hot sauce do you use?
babydolly13@reddit (OP)
Not a spesific brand. Usually the cheapest one on shelf. Ill definetly try blackpepper
