Nope! "What do I need in addition to this? NOTHING!" I bought the non assembled blem one and purchased all the req parts for ballpark 280$ but I had to do a fair amount of drilling/grinding/sanding. This you might need to do a small amount of work to make the rear plate fit.

This is a 10 ply soft response. 30 seconds with a dremel and it worked fine.

Also because of tolerances and all that the included trigger may not be cut right for your gun. Some sellers cut a bit too much off the rounded edge of the trigger so it can be worth it to be prepared to cut your own. The precut trigger I got (from another seller) didnt work in my mp5k. Cut my own and it runs flawlessly.

Put a mil spec hammer and the buffer in it and it will run.

There are vendors who offer housings with that but once you get into traditional selector frt options like the Arc Fire or Atrius you’re basically in ASD Aluminum housing territory. Kinda becomes hard to justify price wise for many.

Yea the ASDs are CNC aluminum and around 400 for a housing. Complete adds more cost and so does the ARC SS. I sell just the Leber housings with hardware and reinforcement plates for $120
