Akacfa street is the Istanbul Kebap … they re open 48/7 😊. Cause they have 2 locations.
They also offer free toilet 🚽 even for tourists which is pretty nice

For non-stop pubs, try Iron Bar, Kis Sarok, or Kakas.
As far as I know, 24/7 restaurants are pretty much nonexistent here. The only exception might be the Subway at Astoria. Your best bet is probably McDonald’s or a Turkish place somewhere near the city center. Even if they’re not open around the clock, you can usually manage by going to places whose opening hours overlap.

There is a restaurant open 24/7 even on Easter days.
Pizza Paradicsom. It is cheap too.

No offense, but a Michelin star wouldn’t be open 24/7.
After COVID, it’s actually pretty hard to find a bar or restaurant that is truly 24/7 since COVID. Even some of the nonstop McDonald’s close for a few hours to clean and restock.
For what purpose are you asking exactly?

I’m visiting the city only for a concert and i plan on stay awake till the next morning

There are plenty of really cheap hostels. It’s better than staying awake in a bar with strange characters in the early morning.
Search on HostelWorld.
