Armor doesnt look very sturdy though. Compared to mraps this looks like they welded some sheet metal onto a jeep.

They had dhsk's in 90's too y'know. Not to mention ied's which were a thing since dynamite was around. This doesn't look armored at all, probably black tip 7,69 could penetrate it.

Yeah, I meant that purpose made MRAP light vehicles aren't a thing yet in the 90s, maybe some v hull, maybe some APC
